Registration & Payment

1. Having in consideration the economic situation of this country the Organization has decided to modify the cost of enrolment which is now €5.00 p/adult.

For children up to 12 the cost is €3.00. (Non-refundable).
2. There are 2 kinds of ENTRY FORMS: Individual and Group Registration

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

a) You can get an ENTRY FORM (INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION) in one of the following places here below available from the 15th September:

• Office of AOA - Largo das Mouras Velhas, n. º 16, Faro;
• Delegação da AOA - Urbanização do Pimentão, Bloco 2, cave, 3 Bicos – Portimão;
• Delegação de Albufeira - Gabinete de Apoio à Família, R. Bombeiros Voluntários, Urb. O Nosso Tecto, Lote 1 –R/C Esq – Albufeira.

b) You can get an ENTRY FORM (INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION – one per person) in one of the following places here below available between the 10th and the 14th October´

• Centro Comercial Continente - PortimãoMercado Municipal

c) You can get an INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION by Bank deposit or Bank transfer at CRÉDITO AGRÍCOLA NIB 0045 7210 40222924977 44; in this case you will have to keep the counterfoil of the deposit or the counterfoil of the transfer, which you can use for INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION on the day of the event, at a designated place for this purpose.

GROUP REGISTRATION

GROUP REGISTRATION (10 people upwards): there must be a person who takes responsibility for all necessary arrangements, such as payment and collection of T-shirts, etc. The registration must be done in a special form previously requested from the AOA. That person will be in charge of receiving all the registrations and then send the whole amount according to the information given in the previous item;
 

a) Crédito Agrícola – Caixa do Algarve registration: You can also make the Group Registration at any of the Agencies of this Bank. All you need is to make a deposit in the value of the inscription/s on the account NIB 0045 721040222924977 44 and then send a copy (by Fax or email) of the bank deposit/transfer payable to Associação Oncológica do Algarve with your Name, TLM or e-mail address

 

Keep the original receipt of proof of Deposit/Transfer so that you can collect your T-shirt, cap and other promotional goods on the day of the event at the designated place for this purpose at the area of the event.

 

• We strongly suggest that those interested in participating register early, whether as an Individual, or as a Group.

Inscription terms
It is possible from the 15th September to the 14th October although “last minute” registration will be possible as bellow:

Saturday, October 15th from 14:30 to 18:00
Sunday morning, October 16th from 08:00 to 09:30
